Why Amplifier Auto-backup System?

Amplifier is a very important part of sound reinforcement system. Amplifier running for a long time in the high voltage, high current, high heat, low impedance condition is very easy to trigger the protection status or cause damage. Failure rate of amplifier in the whole sound reinforcement system is the highest, more than 60%. It is often used in high temperature, humidity, fumes, dust, excessive high pressure, excessive low pressure, ultra-low load and other bad conditions, without normal maintenance, thus its damage rate is greatly increased. When the amplifier is protected or malfunctioned, the live sound will be interrupted, which affects the normal operation of the event.

Working Principle Of AMP Auto-backup System

If the main amplifier appears protection mode or malfunction resulting output stop at runtime. Intelligent detection system can immediately trigger a signal to the backup amplifier and seamlessly switches the output of backup amplifier to replace that the amplifier which is in a state of protection mode or damage. Hence, this system ensuring uninterrupted sound amplification on site.

Remote Network Monitoring

1. Composition: computer, router, wired LAN, SIM card.

2. Monitoring: Multi-amplifier working status, channel output, working temperature.

3. Control: DSP sound effect, output power (voltage), sensitivity (input), bridge, stereo and so on.

4. Remote switch on/off: Any amplifier can be switched on/off from the PC monitoring screen.

KE826A (Controller) + main amplifiers (Intelligent Network Power Amplifier Series) + backup amplifier (KE E series two channels amplifier) + Network system + accessories.

This system only supports the Intelligent Network Power Amplifier Series two-channel amplifiers. Amplifier power (8 ohm) selection: 300w/500w/700w/1000w/1300w/1600w/2000w/2400w/ 3000w

There are two ports on the back panel of the amplifier which are used to connect the amplifiers in parallel. 1 computer terminal can remotely monitor and control 51 groups of '4 Host 1 Standby' amplifier systems.
